The Procurement Technical Assistance Center of South Carolina (PTAC SC) provides South Carolina businesses with government contracting assistance and is administered through a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

PTAC SC is a part of The Procurement Technical Assistance Program established by Congress in 1985 to assist businesses with professional government procurement assistance at no cost.
